They will have to have a concealed agenda … some diabolical reason. Naturally. Their endgame is to make black learners the most “under-educated” demographic in The us and to guarantee that black pupils will deficiency the mental capacity to contend in a globe that is pushed by science, math and technological developments and improvements. A planet that previously requires high-level cognitive capabilities, information, and qualities.
